Here’s a ranking of the carbon emissions of various types of food to give you a better idea of how your dietary choices impact the environment:
Plant-based foods: Most plant-based foods have a very low carbon footprint and are the most environmentally friendly option. Vegetables, fruits, etc. fall into this category and are the first choice for your low-carb diet.
